Food safety and hygiene is a crucial part of any food business.
To support you with this, we are excited to invite you to complete FoodSafe® Online for FREE (usually $35 online via Environmental Health Australia).
FoodSafe® Food Handler training introduces basic food safety practices that comply with Food Safety Standards. A range of topics are covered e.g. food handling and storage; cleaning; temperature control; pest control; and allergy and cross-contamination.
To access FoodSafe® Online for FREE using a ‘Unique Code’, follow these steps:
STEP 1.
Send Fuel to Go & Play® an email and include:
- Full name
- Name of club/venue currently working/volunteering
- Role within the club/venue
- Suburb
Note: each person who wishes to complete the training must send their details to Fuel to Go & Play®, one person cannot send details on behalf of other staff/volunteers.
STEP 2.
The Fuel to Go & Play® team will reply to each email, provide a unique code and instructions for accessing the training for FREE.
