The Healthy Sports Program is an initiative of Healthway, delivered by Fuel to Go & Play®. Healthy sports provides funding of up to $4,000 for sporting clubs to undertake simple healthy eating actions.
Joondalup Giants NRL Club
Joondalup Giants NRL club have purchased a counter top display fridge with monies from their Healthway Healthy Sports grant. This has enabled them to promote their healthy food and drinks. Teresa, the healthy club co-ordinator has indicated that the display fridge “helps with the sales of healthy options”.
