South Coogee Junior Football Club

Keith Petersen, Canteen Manager at the South Coogee Junior Football Club (JFC) is doing a fantastic job of ‘greening up’ his canteen menu. In June 2010, the Fuel to Go Team made a visit to South Coogee JFC and were very impressed with Keith’s menu. A menu assessment was completed which found that:.

39% of menu items are GREEN
9% of menu items are AMBER
52% of menu items are RED

These percentages are a great achievement for this canteen and Keith is keen to make even more improvements!.

Many of the products on Keith’s menu are either made on the premises or approved in the Star Choice™ Buyer’s Guide and are very popular with the customers.
