Healthy Recipes and Meal Ideas

This resource has been specifically designed to provide ideas and recipes which can be prepared using equipment that is commonly found in club canteens. This booklet is available from the WA School Canteen Association Inc; an order form is included in the order forms section.

Canteen Cuisine cookbook

This cookbook offers over 90 healthy recipes for use in the canteen setting. Each of the recipes have been assessed and rated as either Green or Amber. There are ideas and recipes for breakfast, morning tea, lunch and snacks. Each recipe is quantified in 10, 25 and 50 serves, catering for small and large canteens.
